What we build
Six trades, one crew,
one person accountable.
Most jobs touch more than one trade. We handle all of it in-house, so nobody is waiting on a subcontractor who never showed up.
Bathrooms
Guest baths to full master suites. Tile showers set on proper waterproofing, vanities plumbed level, and floors that stay dry underneath.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered plank, luxury vinyl, laminate and tile — laid over a subfloor that has been checked, leveled and prepped first.
Decking
Decks engineered for wet Washington winters — proper footings, flashed ledgers, hidden fasteners and railings that stay solid for decades.
Siding
Fiber cement, lap, cedar and board-and-batten siding installed with the weather barrier and flashing details that keep rain out of your walls.
Windows
Replacement and new-construction windows and doors, set square and sealed tight so you stop paying to heat the outdoors.
The owner
36 years of remodels,
and the same name on every one.
“If it is not something I would accept in my own house, it does not get left in yours.”
Leonard Troy has been remodeling homes in and around Yelm since 1990. Masterpiece is not a call center that farms your project out — our team walks the job, writes the estimate, and is on site while the work happens. That is the whole reason customers keep calling back for the next room.
Fully licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, with the flashing, waterproofing and framing details that matter in a climate that rains eight months a year.

How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
The estimate is free and there is no obligation attached to it. If the numbers do not work for you, that is a perfectly fine outcome.
01
Call or send the form
Tell us what you have in mind. A few details about the room, the house and your timeline is plenty to get started.
02
Free on-site estimate
Our team walks the job with you, measures, and talks through what the work actually involves — no charge, no pressure.
03
A written proposal
You get scope, materials and price in writing, so there are no surprises halfway through the project.
04
We build it
One crew, start to finish. The site gets cleaned at the end of every day and we do not leave until the punch list is empty.
